Inspired by the flavors of Umbria, Italy, this Italian spice mix combines the robust flavor of sun dried tomatoes, the sweet heat of Aleppo peppers and the nuttiness of chopped almonds.  

From pizza topping, to sandwiches or pasta, these Italian flavors are authentic and yet unique.  If you’ve never had Aleppo peppers before, you are in for a wonderful surprise – gentle heat with just a touch of sweetness. 

Umbria spice mix can be used straight from the jar as a finishing crunch or applied during the final stage of the cooking process to enhance the nut & seed flavors.
