Inspired by the flavors of southern France, Provence nut & spice mix is a light & delicate combination of sweet & savory profiles.  Sweet, savory, salty, crunchy & herbaceous all describe this unique blend of herbs de provence.  Reminiscent of french country flavors, this nut & spice blend is uniquely different from the other Glory Kitchen mixes.  

Provence nut & spice blend pairs well with cheese of all types and is a crowd pleaser when used on both sweet & savory nibbles at wine and cheese gatherings.

The entire array of Glory Kitchen nut & spice blends pair beautifully with all types of cheeses.  Roll a chevre cheese log into the Provence blend, form small soft cheese truffles and roll them into any of the nut & spice mixes or drizzle a block of cheese with honey and sprinkle with a nut & spice blend.  The possibilities are endless.

PEACH SLICES WRAPPED IN PROSCIUTTO & CHEESE

Peaches, plums, figs, pears, and more make a great appetizer when wrapped in a smokey prosciutto, gouda cheese, drizzled with honey and sprinkled with any of the Glory Kitchen blends.

ROASTED PLUM SALAD

All types of salads are elevated with Provence blend or any of the Glory Kitchen nut & spice blends.  Here Provence nut & spice is paired with a spinach & fennel salad then topped with roasted plums, pistachios & Stilton cheese crumbles.
